Holistic Therapy Training
Thai Massage Practical Course
Thai massage combines meditation, energy, reflexology, pressure points and yoga stretches. Main energy lines are selected for this practice (otherwise known as the Sen) – starting from the feet and working systematically up through the body to the head. You will use your body to stretch and work on the client, and whilst carrying out this massage you are also having a workout yourself!
This course is both engaging and informative, giving you the confidence to perform a full-body Thai Massage to a professional standard.
