The three Reiki levels — this course covers Levels 1 & 2
Level 1 — Self Healing
Your own energy, how to use and channel it, and the foundations of Reiki practice.
Level 2 — Practitioner
Working with others, distance healing and beginning professional practice.
Level 3 — Master Teacher
Advanced practice and teaching others. Available as a separate course.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need any previous experience?
Not at all — just a willingness to learn. This course is open to complete beginners and no prior therapy experience is required.
Is the course accredited?
Yes. You can study through GTI (an awarding body where theory is completed online) or through an in-house route where the theory is covered as part of the course. Cheryl will discuss the best option for you when you enquire.
How long does the course take?
Two days in total, covering both Level 1 and Level 2. Depending on group size, these may be delivered on two separate days.
Can I use this qualification professionally?
Yes. On completion of the course and any accreditation requirements, you will be able to offer Reiki to clients professionally.
What about Level 3 — Master Teacher?
Level 3 is not covered in this course but is available separately. If you are interested in progressing to Master Teacher level, please mention this when you enquire.
