Holistic Therapy Training

Reiki Practitioner Course

Reflexology is a deeply therapeutic practice based on the principle that specific points on the feet correspond to organs, systems, and structures throughout the body. This course covers the full art of reading and interpreting the feet, alongside a complete range of relaxation and pressure techniques – all grounded in the rich history and theory behind this remarkable therapy.

Resources include clear foot maps, detailed diagrams, images, and voiceover guides to support your learning at every stage. This course is both engaging and informative, giving you the confidence to perform a professional reflexology treatment on family, friends, and paying clients – in a salon, or simply wherever your client is most comfortable.

Key benefits of this course

You gain a genuinely portable therapy that requires no couch, no salon, and no special setup – just a comfortable chair and a willing client. You develop the ability to read the feet as a map of the body, offering clients real insight into what is happening in their system. Combined with a professional qualification you can use immediately, reflexology opens doors across a wide range of settings – home visits, clinics, wellbeing events, and beyond.

Why this course matters

Many people live with health conditions, reduced mobility, or busy lives that make accessing a salon or clinic difficult. Reflexology removes that barrier entirely. You can bring this therapy directly to your clients – at home, in a care setting, or at a workplace – with nothing more than a chair and your hands. That flexibility makes reflexology one of the most impactful and in-demand therapies you can offer.

Working on the feet, you help clients understand what is happening in their bodies and provide real, tangible relief. Whether you are supporting someone through stress, pain, or simply offering a deeply restorative treatment, reflexology creates a level of trust and connection between therapist and client that is genuinely unique.

No salon needed – treat clients at home, in care settings, workplaces, or events.

Reaches clients who cannot travel or access traditional clinic environments.

Helps clients understand their health through reflex mapping of the feet.

Recognised qualification for immediate professional use with paying clients.
